Hello Wells Class 7-5-20
Hello Wells Class,
I hope that you are well and have been enjoying the sunshine. I’ve been in school this week with approximately 10 KS2 pupils each day – quite a change from when we normally have nearly 300!
We have been working through the Home Learning Grid and had good fun doing our self-portraits on Tuesday! It would be great to see some of your artwork from this, your Science work (we are currently learning about the 3 types of mammals) or any other activities you have been doing eg cooking, gardening.
I have put some links to activities about VE Day (Victory in Europe) which marks the 75th Anniversary of the end of World War 2 in Europe. There are a lots of interesting activities you can do, such as make a Spitfire glider, create Union Jack bunting for your house/garden or have a go at Morse Code like we did in our trip to King’s Lynn Museum.
Mrs Porter is in school with me this week and she says ‘hello’. She hopes that you’ve been reading lots of books and is wondering what you’ve been up to when you have been at home.
Take care and stay safe.
