Town Cross Country

On Tuesday morning we took a group of children to the local Cross Country Competition.

For the first time, children from year 2 were invited to compete against children from other local schools. They all ran really well and were a credit to our school.

 

The competition was really tough and we were proud of all of the children.

They all ran really well and showed determination, perseverance and a fantastic team spirit!

 8 children qualified for the next round.

Medals were awarded to children who came 1st second or 3rd in their age category.
